Largueta almonds are one of Spain’s most traditional and recognisable varieties, valued for their long, elegant shape and naturally crisp bite. They’re grown mainly in the dry, elevated regions of Aragón and Catalonia, where low humidity and abundant sunshine help develop their clean, nutty flavour.
Harvesting takes place in late summer using gentle mechanical shaking, followed by same‑day drying to lock in freshness. Their excellent roasting performance, uniform appearance and satisfying crunch make Largueta a favourite for premium snacking, confectionery and gourmet food applications.
